Subject: Annual Membership Contributions and Financial Need Forms Due

RollaNet Members, 

Thank you all for helping RollaNet to continue functioning in these 
hard economic times. We sincerely appreciate all the support you 
have given us since we first opened our doors in 1995. We hope you 
will continue to support RollaNet in 2010. Remember, we are a 
non-profit organization and your contributions are tax-deductible.

For those who may not yet be aware, a few months ago RollaNet's 
Pine/Online office moved from our old location at 620 N. Pine St 
to a new office just a few doors down (address below). Come visit 
us at the new location! This year, we hope to upgrade our public 
machines to the Windows 7 operating system. Please consider a 
special donation to help us achieve this goal.

Annual contributions are now due for renewal. Please read the 
information below to see if action is needed on your part to 
continue or change your RollaNet membership. 

Contributing members making annual donations by check 

Annual contributions ($180/individuals, $300/businesses) are now due, 
and should be paid before November 30, 2009. The billing period covered 
begins on December 1, 2009 and ends on November 30, 2010. This email is 
the only notification that you will receive. Contributions are not 
refundable, so if you would like to renew your membership for a period 
of less than one year please ask about our monthly debit option. The 
monthly debit amount is $15/individuals and $25/businesses.

Contributing members making monthly donations by auto debit

No action is required on your part to continue your monthly debit. 

Email Only accounts (no dialup)

No action is required on your part. However, please notify us if you no 
longer use your RollaNet email address so we may close your account 
and update our records.

Financial Need dialup accounts

To continue receiving free dialup services, it is necessary to fill out a 
new Financial Need form. These forms must be renewed once each year. All 
free dialup services will be turned off on November 30, 2009, unless a new 
financial need form is received before that time. You can get this form 
from our Pine/Online office at the address below, or call/email us if you 
have questions.

View your donation history

Go to http://www.rollanet.org/infocenter/utilities.html. 
Click on the link for "Show Donation Payments". You will be prompted 
for your userid and password. You can print this information for income 
tax purposes if you like. If you have any questions about your donation 
history, email accounts@rollanet.org.
