Subject: Email Upgrade Completed

RollaNet Members,

We've improved the way we process your email. More storage space and less spam are just a couple of the benefits you are now receiving as a result of these changes. Your email is now being processed by Gmail servers. Don't worry, your RollaNet email address has not changed, and you will still contact RollaNet in the event you have questions or problems with your email account. Even your password will remain the same unless your password has fewer than six characters, in which case you need to change your password.

Early testers of the new email servers have reported great results with the new spam filters, with only a couple of pieces per day making it through - and many days no spam is delivered at all. Each account has 6 GB of storage space, and you can keep mail on the server for as long as you like. Previously, email older than 30 days was deleted and storage was limited. This change also provides you with access to additional Gmail services such as Google Calendars, Docs, and Sites. More information on these services can be found within the Gmail interface.

Instructions for accessing the new mail system can be found on this web page. In addition, the instructions include a section on how to access the new web-based interface, as well as instructions to configure your email account to download the email from the new servers.

We hope that you will be pleased with these changes. If you need some help, just call our Pine/Online office between 10 - 5, Mon - Friday, at 364-0852.

Thank you for supporting RollaNet.
